Ordering on fonorum

We take your orders from the order form. After we’ve received your order we send you a mail in which the details of the ordering process are pointed out to you. In this mail you will also find the complete amount we expect you to transfer, which includes VAT and transportation costs as well as the price of your ordered items.

The postage costs vary according to what and how the order takes place and depending on the country from which you’re ordering. Within Europe the postage of single items (CD,notes) is normally about four Euros (Germany, Austria) and seven Euros (rest of Europe). We always calculate only the direct postage costs, without processing costs or other expenses. If you have a larger order it would be helpful if you would contact us about the postage costs.

We only accept payment in advance (PayPal or money transfer by appointement). The relevant information about the transfer is also included in the confirmation mail.

When you’ve transferred the complete amount we will send the order to the delivery address and you also will receive a short mail to confirm that your order is on the way.
