§ 1 Area of validity

For the business relationship between fonorum and the customer the general terms of business are only valid for the version when the order took place.

§ 2 conclusion of an agreement

When you order items from fonorum we will send you an e-mail to confirm this and list the details of your order (order confirmation). A bill of sale will be made possible when we send you the ordered item(s) and confirm the dispatch with a second e-mail (dispatch confirmation

§ 3 revocation

The customer, on his part, can withdraw from the contract by sending an e-mail(or by post) or return the ordered items within two weeks after receiving them. If the value of the order is more than 40,00 Euro fonorum will refund the costs of the return postage. We would like to point out that fonorum in certain cases can keep a percentage of the costs which have arisen through possible use. Revocation is not possible for recorded music (CDs).

§ 4 Delivery

The ordered items will be sent to the address indicated by the customer unless otherwise specified. Details concerning the delivery period are not binding.

§ 5 Settlement date and payment, delay

The customer can pay the purchase price in advance. If the whole amount is not transferred onto the account given by fonorum within two weeks, the order is treated by fonorum as annulled and will not be dealt with anymore.

§ 6 Reservation of proprietary rights

The goods will remain property of fonorum until the complete amount has been paid.

§ 7 Guarantee

If the ordered item(s) are faulty the customer can request a correction or substitution. If this is not carried out, the customer can withdraw from the contract, lower the price or claim compensation.

Otherwise, claims on the part of the customer no matter with what legal justification are impossible. Fonorum is not liable for other damage which is not part of the delivered goods; in particular fonorum is not liable for loss of profit or other losses of property concerning the customer.

If there is a correction in form of a substitute delivery the customer is obliged to return the previously delivered goods to fonorum within 30 days.

§ 8 Applicable law

German law is valid excluding the UN-law of purchase.
