q: Can I also pay with credit card, by COD charge or delivery note?

a: If you make use of PayPal you are able to use your credit card. Contact us for other possibilities of payment.

q: How are the delivery costs calculated?

a: delivery costs are always the costs that are necessary for the delivery – there’s no charge for the processing etc. The delivery costs vary from one country to another so we can’t make a general statement about the delivery price. This is a guideline for the delivery costs:

Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Liechtenstein: approx. 4.50.- Euro per order. For other countries within the EU: approx. 7.- Euro per order. For countries outside the EU and overseas we calculate the costs on inquiry.

q: I ordered some items from fonorum a while ago and haven’t received any kind of confirmation!

a: In such a case something has gone wrong and the order didn’t get through to us! We apologize to you for these circumstances and would appreciate it, if you could contact us in this matter.

q: What happens if the delivered items ordered from fonorum have been damaged during transport?

a: In this case please send the items back to us – you will get immediate replacement. To help you as quickly as possible it is necessary to make an arrangement with us beforehand.
